虞京葳，男，1982年毕业于同济医学院生物医学师资班，毕业后就职于同济医学院医学遗传研究室，1987年获同济医学院医学遗传学硕士学位。1988年赴美留学，获科罗拉多大学生物物理学及遗传学博士学位，后赴耶鲁大学接受医学遗传学训练，并获得美国医学遗传学临床资质，分别在科罗拉多大学医学院、威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校医学院任教职。现任美国加州大学旧金山分校实验医学系教授，细胞遗传实验室主任。主要研究方向为肿瘤和染色体疾病的基因组学和表观遗传学分析及将染色体和分子标志物用于相关疾病临床诊断的研究。
